Mashed Sweet Potato: A Healthy Recipe for Your Family

-    Sweet potatoes
-    Butter
-    Vanilla extract
-    Cinnamon

-    Half-and-half

Process:

Scrub and wash the potatoes to remove dirt and per-heat the oven to 350 degree F. Bake the potatoes for one hour. After one hour, take them out and keep them for fifteen minutes. Now, peel and keep them in a bowl. Use your sauce pan to heat the half-and-half until bubbles form around.

The final process:

After mashing the potatoes, add another 50% of the half-and-half including butter and start mashing again until it is nearly smooth enough.
